A. At Island Oasis only the highest quality ingredients are used in our mixes. Made from real fruit (the highest percentage of fruit content in the industry), Island Oasis fruit purees and dairy-based frozen beverage mixes are all natural with no artificial colors or flavoring and offer a good source of Vitamin C.

Q. Are there any extra charges for the delivery?

A. Unfortunately due to the nature of our frozen product, some orders must be shipped second day FedEx. While this may seem costly to some customers we also offer a self-stable product that does not require expedited shipping.

This is not applicable in all cases. Please add items to your cart and enter your zip code during checkout to get actual shipping cost.

Q. How fast can you deliver my order?

A. Normally it takes 3-5 days for your order to arrive at your door. Shipping is 1-3 days via FedEx but due to the frozen nature of some of our products, we do not pack and ship out orders during weekends.

Q. Can I store the mixes for a long time period?

A. Island Oasis drink mixes come in two packaging categories: Frozen Drink Mixes and Shelf-Stable Drink Mixes.

FROZEN - This traditional quart package is frozen during production and is shipped directly to your door with cooling gel-packs to slow thawing. Once in your home, fruit-based mixes can be stored frozen for up to 2 years or, can be thawed and stored unopened in your refrigerator for up to 60 days. Dairy-based mixes, including Yogurt, Ice Cream, and Mudslide flavors, can be stored frozen for up to 1 year or can be thawed and stored unopened in your refrigerator for up to 21 days.

SHELF-STABLE - Available in 500ml (1 pint) aseptic packaging, Island Oasis shelf stable products can be shipped to you without refrigeration. This packaging can be stored unopened at room temperature up until the code/expiration date on the package. Once opened, the product needs to be refrigerated and used within 21 days. This package is considered perfect when storage, freezer and refrigeration space is limited.

Q. What kind of blender/mixers do you recommend for smoothie or cocktail making using Island Oasis drink mixes?

A. Most regular kitchen blenders will do the job but we recommend a few machines that will give you finer texture and better taste consistency for your smoothies. On our online store go a step further with the original Island Oasis SB3X. This machine will not only guarantee the best texture but will also make your drink-making process a breeze.

Q. How much time does it take to blend a perfect smoothie or create a delicious frozen cocktail?

A. If you are currently using the SB3X blender, making a smoothie takes less than 9 seconds. If you are using one of the others blenders available on our online store it should not take any longer than a minute.
