Island Oasis "Castaway Sweepstakes"
Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. OFFERED ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND MEMBERS OF THE ISLAND OASIS ISLAND HOPPERS CLUB AT THE TIME OF SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, TAXED OR RESTRICTED.

1. Promotion Description: Island Oasis (“Sponsor”) will award one (1) Grand Prize and five (5) First Place Prizes and one hundred (100) Second Place Prizes in a random on-line drawing sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). Prizes are more completely described below in Rule 5, Description of Prizes.

2. Promotion Period: The “Castaway Sweepstakes” begins on July 28, 2008 and ends on December 31, 2008 at 11:59:59 pm. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

3. How to Enter: To enter to win the sweepstakes go to http://www.islandOasis.com and follow instructions for submitting your information. In order to participate in this sweepstakes, you must be a member of the Island Oasis Island Hoppers Club and acknowledge understanding and acceptance of the Program’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Participants may enter up to one time per month and up to 5 times in total during the promotion period. All entries must be completed on-line. Up to five (5) additional entries into the sweepstakes may be awarded each month for sending a “Castaway Sweepstakes” email to another individual. Additional entries will only be awarded for each unique email recipient entered each month; a total of twenty-five (25) additional entries may be awarded for each unique email recipient entered over the course of the promotion. 4. Eligibility: No purchase is necessary to enter or win the “Castaway Sweepstakes”. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The sweepstakes offer is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of sweepstakes entry. Entrants may not be employees of the Sponsor or of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, partners, advertising or promotion agencies, nor may they be members of the immediate families of any of them, or persons living in their households.

5. Description of Prizes: One Grand Prize winner will be awarded a trip for two to Coco Cay®. Coco Cay® is an island destination in the Bahamas that is reserved exclusively for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line guests. The trip package for two includes round-trip air transportation for two from a major airport near the winner’s home (determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion) to Miami, Florida, three nights Royal Caribbean Cruise Line trip to the Bahamas with ship accommodations (one room/double occupancy); roundtrip ground transportation between airport and ship. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or the prize will be forfeited. The trip is subject to availability and blackout dates. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary at its discretion. All travel expenses and incidental costs not included in the prize description above including roundtrip ground transportation from home to airport, passenger tariffs or duties, airport fees, personal charges on cruise, service charges or other expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Unless they are a child of the winner, travel guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and travel on the same itinerary as the winner. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize: $2,500.00. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and point of departure. First Place Prize: Five (5) First Place Prize winners will be awarded one “Party in a Box” to include: three quarts of Island Oasis (Strawberry/Margarita/Pina Colada) product, four (4) Poco Glasses, four (4) Margarita Glasses, one (1) Island Music CD and twenty-five (25) straw umbrellas. Approximate retail value of the First Place Prize: $60.00. Second Place Prize: One hundred (100) Second Place Prize winners will be awarded a customized Island Oasis Paradise T-Shirt. Approximate retail value of the Second Place Prize: $20.00. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $4,800.00. If prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Any portion of the prize not accepted by winner shall be forfeited.

6. Drawing and Awarding of Sweepstakes Prizes: One Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the five Promotion Periods. The five promotion periods are: July 28 – August 31, 2008; September 1 – 30, 2008; October 1 -31, 2008; November 1 – 30, 2008 and December 1 – 31, 2008.

The Grand Prize winner will be drawn in the fifth of five monthly drawings. There will also be five monthly drawings. One (1) First Place Prize Winner and Twenty (20) Second Place Prize Winners will be selected each month. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the month within the Promotion Period in which they were entered. The monthly random drawings will be held on or about September 1, October 1, November 1, December 1 and January 2, 2008. Participants may only win one prize over the duration of the Sweepstakes. The drawings will be done by an independent judging organization whose decisions on all matters regarding this Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Prize Winners will be notified by telephone, email or mail. The Grand Prize Winner may be required to sign and return within seven (7) days of receipt an Affidavit of Eligibility, a prize release and indemnity agreement and a publicity release, all without additional consideration, if permitted by law. If the Sponsor makes a reasonable attempt to contact the Grand Prize Winner and cannot do so within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, or if any Winner is found to be ineligible, or has not complied with these Official Rules or returned the Affidavit and/or Releases within the specified time period, that Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected. First Place and Second Place Prizes will be delivered to Winners by USPS or delivery service.

7. Miscellaneous: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws in the State of Massachusetts and is void where prohibited. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Sponsor shall have no liability nor shall such parties be responsible for use/misuse of any prize awarded herein and acknowledge that said parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prizes.

Winners also agree to release and hold Releasees harmless from any liability in connection with the “Castaway Sweepstakes” or any Prize including, without limitation, liability in connection with any injuries, damages or losses of any kind, whether to person or property, including death, arising out of or resulting from, whether directly or indirectly, the acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize. Participants also agree to the use of their names and likenesses by Sponsor for advertising purposes without additional consideration, if permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail or delivery services.
